FHFH: A Broken System: Immigration and the American Dream
On our borders and across our country, immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers are struggling. As individuals and families face dehumanizing mistreatment in their daily lives, draconian immigration policies add to their burdens. This week, Congress takes up the challenge of moving ahead on the American Dream and Promise Act, which represents the possibility of the first major overhaul of our immigration system in decades.
