Clergy in Staten Island come together for a prayer vigil after two churches were firebombed.

On Wednesday, Rev. Dr. Demetrius Carolina, Pastor of First Central Baptist Church in Staten Island called for a noon prayer vigil.

The vigil was the clergy and community’s response to the recent fire bombings at First Central Baptist Church and St. Pauls Church, both on Staten Island.

Carolina was joined by Rev. Frederick Schraplau of St. Pauls Church, Borough President James Oddo, DA Michael McMahon, Pastor Janet Jones, Deacon Paul Kosinski, NYPD Precinct Commander, members of the Jewish community, Imam Abdu-Shahid and Etzion Neuer of the Anti-Defamation League.
