In conjunction with Pride Month, our next event in the National Education Read-Aloud series is Thurs, June 3rd at 3pm ET and will feature Stonewall award-winning author, Alex Gino. Alex is an advocate for LGBTQIA+ communities and the award-winning author of George, a book about a 4th grade transgender girl who struggles to be herself to the outside world. Alex will be reading excerpts from their book, followed by Q&A.
ADL recently released its 2020 Audit of Antisemitic Incidents. ADL has been tracking antisemitic incidents since 1979, and this past year was the third highest on record. The total number of incidents recorded was 2,024, just 83 incidents behind 2019, the highest year ever recorded.
