In conjunction with Pride Month, our next event in the National Education Read-Aloud series is Thurs, June 3rd at 3pm ET and will feature Stonewall award-winning author, Alex Gino. Alex is an advocate for LGBTQIA+ communities and the award-winning author of George, a book about a 4th grade transgender girl who struggles to be herself to the outside world.  Alex will be reading excerpts from their book, followed by Q&A.
