No Place For Hate® Initiative

No Place for Hate® is designed to create inclusive school communities by promoting unity and respect, and empowering schools to reduce bullying, name-calling and other expressions of bias.
In compliance with the New York State Dignity Act, No Place for Hate offers schools the opportunity to be recognized for their staff development and student training related to bullying, harassment and discrimination.
Schools that fulfill all requirements receive recognition and a personalized No Place For Hate banner at the end of the school year.

A few important notes about registration:
- Registration is done on an individual school basis. Please only register one school per form.
- Please use your school’s full name and be consistent in the name you use across all registration parts.
- At least one No Place for Hate Coordinator listed during registration (ideally the primary coordinator) should be based in the school building
Registration for No Place for Hate will take place in two parts:
Part 1: ADL’s Universal Registration Link
Part 2: New York/New Jersey’s Regional Registration Link
The third and final part of registration will involve onboarding your school to Canvas Pathways – the platform we use to manage the program. After completing registration you will receive an email from our National ADL Education Team that outlines requirements for onboarding and information on accessing Canvas Pathways. Registration for Canvas will begin the first week of August and your account information will be created based on the primary coordinator you indicated in your registration form. Account access will be sent from adl.instructure.com. Please make sure your school email is set up to receive emails from this address.
