ADL’s Summer Associate Research Program (SARP) provides law firms the opportunity to assist ADL with legal research on important civil rights issues while exposing emerging attorneys to ADL’s mission and the importance of pro bono work.

Over the past several years more than 100 firms and over 600 summer associates have participated in the program, writing though-provoking memos on critical ADL issues. SARP has become a tradition throughout the national legal community, and firms and participants alike find tremendous value in exploring topics that are interesting, timely and exciting.

In 2017 the New York Region will hold our fourth annual SARP Memo Competition. All memos submitted will be entered in the Memo Competition and reviewed by New York based at recognize the summer associates that demonstrated excellence in their research and analysis.
