Every week, we write a roundup of the work we’ve been doing to keep you informed on what has been happening around the office. We hope you enjoy this glimpse into what keeps us busy each day.

This week our Glass Leadership Institute had its final session, in which participants focused on development and leadership. We celebrated Yom Yerushalayim, Jerusalem Reunification Day and we spoke out about the decision by Parsons The New School for Design to withdraw the invitation for a workshop by fashion designer John Galliano, noting that Galliano has repented and is contrite. We welcomed efforts of the Israeli government to address gender segregation issues and found Stephen Hawking’s withdrawal from a conference in Israel a “slap in the face” to academic freedom.
